Preserving Your Bouquet

A bridal bouquet is one of your most treasured piece from your wedding day. Having your flowers preserved and permanently saved in a mounted glass frame is a wonderful way to make your memories last forever. A beautiful beveled glass case is also another terrific way of preserving your flowers from your special day.
Having made the decision to preserve your flowers; it is important that during the planning stages of your wedding someone is given the responsibility of your bouquet. You have chosen a beautiful bouquet of flowers that are deep in colour as they deepen in time. We therefore recommend that after the reception your bouquet is carefully placed in a refrigerated area or in a cool location.

How Do We Preserve Your Flowers?
Upon arrival of your flowers, we carefully disassemble your bouquet and then place them in a substance called "Silica Gel". You can buy this at any local craft store. It is like a white sand that allows to absorb the moisture from the flower. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the type of flowers. Wedding Packages
The initial cost for the drying of your bouquet is $35.00. For example if you should have 2 bouquets to preserve (bridal bouquet and the bride's maid) the cost to preserve will be $50.00; 3 bouquets will be $75.00. There is no charge for parents corsage and boutonniere.
Pick UP Service
We would be please to arrange pick up service of your flowers for an additional cost. The service for the Stittsville/Kanata area, $10.00; Bayshore/Nepean/Westgate area, $15.00; Centretown/East end area, $20.00; Orleans area, $25.00.
